Rich May Attorney Erica P. Bigelow to speak at Real Estate Bar Association’s Annual Meeting
Erica P. Bigelow will be speaking at the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts’ 2008 Annual Meeting and Conference on the pending bill reforming the Massachusetts Homestead Law. Ms. Bigelow is one of the principal drafters of the legislation intended to reform, modernize, and expand the Homestead statue. The discussion will address issues created by decisions interpreting the existing statute, what the new law does to address those issues, and how attorneys should interpret the law to provide comprehensive and up-to-date protection for their clients.
Ms. Bigelow’s practice concentrates on real estate and business law. A graduate of Radcliffe College and Harvard Law School, she is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts’s Legislative and Zoning and Land Use Committees. For more on Ms. Bigelow, click here.
